The Chai Air Times Pro program for Android that you have been asking for is now available. Although it is not as comprehensive as our program for the PC, it is a tremendous step forward in providing accurate zemanim for the airplane while flying. Edit the route on the map by clicking on the map as well as changing departure and arrival times.  You can also upload flightaware.com Google Earth kml files of the last flight to predict your flight path (that path is also editable).  Has the same accurate date night terminator that uses refraction and allows you to pinpoint sunrise to 1-2 minutes accuracies by using your phone's GPS.  Also uses a flight plan to improve accuracy near take-off and landing.  (Contact me using the feedback form if you are interested in downloading the latest apk for free.)
